At the heart of this vision has always been our family, with our mother shaping the soul and identity of the shop from the very beginning through her homemade pies. Using pure ingredients, care, and genuine passion, she created flavors that felt just like home.
Over the years, Glykofournismata has grown while always preserving its warm, homemade character, continuously enriching the overall experience. Our menu gradually evolved, placing greater emphasis on breakfast and brunch, with new creations that blend traditional recipes with more modern flavors.
